Due to COVID 19 organizations are not able to proceed their work in a successful; way and even the team work is being deteriorated by its effect. Safety and security is a great threat that leads to team work deterioration in the organization. Nowadays due to COVID 19 the team work has become a challenging aspect for the organization.
