VicHealth Stakeholder Communication Strategy

Stakeholder group

Government, departmental staff, researchers, universities, innovation partners, media partners and many other stakeholders equally contribute to the business of VicHealth.

Target stakeholder

The target stakeholder of the company is innovation and media partners. Media partners can help the business to promote the brand and increase the brand value. On the other hand, an innovation partner can enhance the existing services of the company and improve productivity.

Purpose of communication

Communication helps to collaborate with others and discuss any critical issues as well as new projects (Ramachandran et al. 2019). It helps to improve the relationship among all the stakeholders of the company, which helps to Tu to enhance the business functions.

Methods of communication

The stakeholders need to communicate with each other by conducting meetings and conferences. Phone calls and video calls can be used for sharing reviews about any project, and detailed information can be delivered to other stakeholders. Interaction can be done by using social networking sites (Slabbert, 2016). There are some web and video conferencing tools which can be used by all the stakeholders of the company to communicate with each other. Apart from this service workshops, strategy interviews can also be used as an effective communication method.
