Additionally, I have tried to improve my collaborative relationship by develop friendly atmosphere to work where all the employees can work collaboratively and the practice of working in partnership can be developed in the workplace. During the course, I have focused on developing partnership working practice which would be effective for me to share my knowledge and experience and gather more in depth understanding and knowledge from other colleagues and this further helps to improve the overall performance of the employees as a whole. In addition to these, I also progress my skill and capabilities to lead the employees, towards achieving success, where I am concerned about the commitment that I made as a leader and fulfil the commitment I the workplace. This further motivates the employees to fulfil their aspirations and needs at the workplace and it is also easy for me to create values for all the colleagues at the workplace. As a leader, it is the duty to develop collaborative workplace with proper management of the cultural diversity so that it is possible to manage each of the members and create culturally diverse environment where all the employees can feel valued to work with others (Latchem & Hanna, 2013; Michael & Lochrie, 2010). During the course work, I mainly focused on improving my cultural diversity management skill where as a leader, it is the responsibility to develop cultural training program and manage transparency and accountability at the workplace and respect all the cultures so that the employees can work freely with respect and integrity. This further helps me to resolve the internal conflict at the workplace as well as I am successful to build strong relationship with the colleagues as well as improve trust and loyalty among the members. Through the personal and professional development planning, I am successful to improve my managerial skill as well as resolve the issue of internal conflict and cultural diversity problems at the workplace which provides me a scope to lead the members towards achieving success.

In addition to these, I have tried to improve my organisational skill and leadership skill by developing transformational leadership skill where I maintain transparency and accountability and focus on team building activities by encouraging each of the members in the workplace. Moreover, through accepting the feedback and the opinion of the employees, I have tried to improve my skill and abilities to be efficient in managing the employees. apart from that, I have also tried to attend the online training programs to gather more reviews and information which helps me to improve my skill of leadership. In this regard, I focused on improving transformational leadership skill and abilities to generalise ideas and inspire the teamwork and motivate the team members for working collaboratively. In this regard, I also tried to empower the team members to improve teamwork, enhance innovation and creativity as well as maximise the performance of all the team members as a whole successfully. In this regard, I try to improve my decision making and problem-solving skill so that I can conduct proper research about the existing problems as well as develop proper strategic planning for organisational success. In addition to these, I need to focus on innovation and creativity for achieving the pre-specified goal more uniquely with technological advancement and creativity. Moreover, I also try to improve my communication skill so that I can take active part in the training and group discussion as well as interact with others for gathering more knowledge ad understanding for develop proper decision for the organisations.
