Reflective Assignment Learning Contracts And Action Plan

Introduction

I have started the module in the last few months, and I prepared the learning contracts in the third week of last month. There is much evidence included in this assignment which will be helpful to describe my learning contracts. My difficulties and personal issues will be summarized in the learning contracts, which will be beneficial for elaborating my perceptions. In this assignment, my learning contracts will be elaborated along with the description of the grid which has been prepared by me. After that, there will be a revised learning contract which will be helpful to evaluate the report given by me at the end of January. Apart from this, the key extracts of my reflective diary will be described in this assignment. Lastly, an action plan will be prepared, which will be beneficial to solve the issues which I am facing. Moreover, a proper description of my personal issues and solutions will be thoroughly described in this assignment. This assignment is helpful to follow the principles of a reflective practitioner, and it will develop my skills.

This study is essential to implement a personal development plan, and different elements will be addressed in this folder. All the learning contracts will be properly discussed in this study which will be helpful to elaborate on the description of my learning contracts. There are total learning contracts prepared by me which include sufficient information about my personal conflicts and issues. Several questions were settled, which I answered in the learning contracts. Moreover, after that, the learning contracts will be revised in the second section, which will be helpful to summarize the overall outcomes (Tonna et al. 2017). Therefore, it can be stated that proper discussion of learning contracts will be done in this section which is beneficial to understanding the issues which I am facing and how I can solve those problems by implementing different kinds of strategies. After that, a discussion will be presented in this study which will describe the skills of mine. In the ending section and action plan will be prepared, which will be beneficial to solve any kind of critical situation which may appear in the future (Thuy and Thuc, 2020). An action plan helps to properly prepare a plan to become ready for facing future issues. There are some steps which will be included in the action plan. There are some steps that need to be followed by me, and some resources are required to implement the action plan.

The First Learning Contract

According to my first learning contract, I have to develop the management between work, family, and studies. Time management is my main issue which I need to be sorted out for completing my assignments within the given time by the university Simon et al. 2019). I am so confused because I have not completed my learning journals, and I don't get sufficient time for studying. In addition to this, I am also unable to sleep or get the required rest. I also do not get any time for any personal well-being, such as taking care of myself and going to the salon. I need to create a timetable for proper time management. Restructuring my schedule needs to be done by me to properly complete the paperwork and assignments. Proper time management will be helpful for me to give the time to my family and also take care of my personal well-being (< href="#">Kayapinar, 2016). In addition to this, I found a solution to deal with the issue. I need to prepare a timetable for arranging my tasks in the correct manner. This timetable will be helpful for me to complete the assignments and all the paperwork. Moreover, I will save quality time for myself by preparing a timetable. Hence I need to properly research how to repair a proper timetable and the structure of the timetable. In addition to this, I need to understand the importance of time management and the process of proper time management.

Moreover, to support my decision, I need to prepare a proper timetable which is essential to be followed by me for solving the issues of mine The context of making this timetable is to rearrange all my works and reset my schedule for getting some time for my well-being. In addition to this, the timetable also will give me some quality time which I will spend with my children. The main struggle of making this timetable will be introducing the schedule to my children (Cáceres, 2017). As this is a new routine so initially it will affect my regular duties. I have to properly look after the health of my children to avoid any kind of health issues. Moreover, this is an unexpected challenge which can negatively affect my new routine. There are some strategies which I will use for making the timetable. Pen and paper will be used by me as resources, and after that, I will also print the pictures of my new timetable which I will hang up in my room (Challinor et al. 2017). I will properly follow the timetable because it will be on my focus every day. So that is the reason I will print the picture on the timetable and stick it on the wall of my bedroom. So when I wake up, I will check my schedule and properly start the work according to the routine. Learning journals will be used for some evidence which is beneficial to complete the timetable properly. Moreover, it will take around six weeks to complete my new routine and introduce it to my children.

Revised Learning Contract

In my second planning contract, I discussed my professional issues in detail. I need to develop my professional skills and react to language and speech. In addition to this, I need to support all the children with English as an additional language rrently, I am trying to develop my language skills by organising group sessions. Moreover, I need to properly learn different ways to support the children and read some articles which will be beneficial to understand the nature of children and how to motivate them in their studies. I will take some help from some research papers and evidence which will be helpful for me to communicate properly with all the children (< href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/berj.3244">Hill, 2017). In addition to this, it will be helpful for all the children to talk with confidence and speak the English language properly. Apart from this, they will enjoy the learning sessions, which will be helpful for them to develop their educational skills. The main barrier this over session could be introducing all the children with their activities. I will apply my training from management which is beneficial to become creative and also it will help to create some tools for supporting all the children with EAL. It is essential to understand the interest of the children and their activities for supporting EAL. In addition to this, it is essential to become more confident while conducting teaching sessions (< href="https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/ET-01-2015-0004/full/html">Trenca, 2016). Apart from this, it will help improve the language knowledge and communication between all the children and teachers. All the activities can be finished within the month of April.

Another learning function discusses that my communication skills need to be improved with all the parents of the children. There is a lack of confidence which I am feeling in my communication to all the parents. There are some strategies that can be used for developing communication skills. It will help me to talk with confidence. I am taking responsibility for nine children, and my responsibility is to invite feedback on all their talents and properly discuss different types of concerns related to their study or any other thing. I need to develop my abilities with respect to self-confidence, and this will be helpful for me to develop my professional life (< href="https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/ET-01-2015-0004/full/html">Victor, 2017). The main barrier during the conversation is anxiousness. I feel anxious and say some difficulties while I conduct any parent-teacher meeting. In addition to this, I think that it is difficult to introduce myself because I feel shy sometimes. There are some strategies beneficial for developing my learning contact, such as flexibility. I need to be flexible with all the parents of the children while talking with them face to face. In addition to this, I need to develop my communication skills for making easy conversations. Apart from this, I will prepare some questionnaires for the badlands which need to be filled by them. It is essential to understand the interest of the parents. The questionnaire and the feedback from them will be helpful to improve my professional skills, and I will get enough information about their suggestions for improving the learning sessions (< href="https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/00313831.2015.1065950">Broadbent, 2017). It is essential to understand the means of their parents and children for satisfying them. Improvements can be made by taking feedback from the parents whom I talk to. Before the parent-teacher meeting, I need to properly plan and record details about the learning progress of the individual child. In addition to this cracker report, the child needs to be prepared by me for delivering details to the parents of the children.

I also prepared a learning contract with respect to academic reading issues of mine. I think that I need to develop my skills in reading English. My English is not good enough because it is not my first language, and I am also facing some dyslexia issues which are not diagnosed clinically. Current situation I am facing is a little bit critical because I am not confident while speaking English or reading English in front of . I need to join some reading courses to increase my capabilities of English learning capabilities. One thing I can do is read some children's books which will be helpful for me to enhance my reading abilities. I have to improve my English learning skills for developing my career. If I get an opportunity to prepare an assignment in relation to the reading ability, then I will find some books from which I can get some instruction. I need to choose at least five different kinds of books for reading and developing my abilities in English reading. My target is to read a specific Nobel within the month of May in the year 2020. In addition to this, I will also read some academic papers from which I will prepare some notes. There can be time management issues which can hamper my goals (< href="https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/ET-01-2015-0004/full/html">Moore et al. 2018). As I am leaving hectic life, so it will be difficult for me to properly manage the time for reading and achieving my target. In addition to this, I have some work within the daytime, so at night when I am trying to read, I may fall asleep because of a hectic schedule. Moreover, I need to find different kinds of strategies for fulfilling my objectives (href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/berj.3244">Farmer and Wilkinson, 2018). I will find some books and also some photocopies different reading skin-related books. In addition to this, I will prepare some academic materials which will be helpful for me to complete my essays. I may try to find different processes for making notes. In addition to those, I will gain knowledge from some e-reader and different kinds of books. Buddha born at the end of this academic year, I can develop my reading abilities and English knowledge.

Reflective Diary

The above discussion delivered details about the issues of my professional and personal life. Moreover, I need to change my day to day lifestyle and try different strategies for developing my personality. In addition to this, I need to enhance my communication skills by taking help from some learning journals. There are different kinds of resources required for developing my personal life. The reading abilities of English language need to be upgraded. Moreover, I will learn the English language by taking help from some novels. In the upcoming year, I will achieve my targets by implementing my plans correctly (MacLean et al. 2017).

I have to appropriately look into how to fix a legitimate time table and the structure of the time table. Notwithstanding this, I have to comprehend the significance of time the executives and the procedure of appropriate time the executives. As this is another daily schedule, so at first, it will influence my ordinary obligations (Roberts et al. 2019). I need to appropriately take care of the wellbeing of my kids to evade any sort of medical problems. Additionally, this is an unforeseen test which can adversely influence my new daily schedule. I will take some assistance from some examination papers and proof which will be useful for me to discuss appropriately with all the kids. I will apply my preparation from the board, which is useful to get innovative and furthermore it will assist with making a few devices for supporting all the youngsters with EAL (Ahmad, 2016). It is fundamental to comprehend the methods for their folks and kids for fulfilling them. Upgrades should be possible by taking input from the guardians whom I converse with. Before the parent educator addressing, I have to appropriately plan and record insights concerning the learning progress of the individual youngster. Notwithstanding this saltine report, the youngster should be set up by me for conveying subtleties to the guardians of the kids. Moreover, all these steps need to be implemented in the correct manner for solving all the issues with respect to time management and communication. Hence, by properly managing time, I will be able to give some quality time to my personal life and studies. It will be helpful for me to focus on my English learning abilities, and I can concentrate more on my studies. However, I will properly follow the time table for time management. I think that it is essential to follow the routine for giving time to individual parts of my life.

According to the above discussion, it can be stated that these learning contracts helped me to find the issues within my personality. There are some skills described in the upper section, which are essential to be improved. I am proud of improving my communication skills and talking with all the parents with proper confidence. It was difficult for me to introduce my new time table with the children and talk with the parents fearlessly. Now my work has changed because I follow different types of strategies for improving my professional and personal life. Now there is a balance between personal and professional life. It is essential to improve the communication skills for being an effective teacher. In addition to this, I also give some time for my personal wellbeing, and I focus on my assignments and do the paper works within the given. Moreover, my work has changed my regular schedules, and now I am able to manage all my duties properly. This activity helps me to improve my professional and personal life, and I am able to solve all the critical circumstances which I was facing. However, it can be concluded that the folder as a whole state that I have taken different strategies for improving my regular lifestyle. In addition to this, the correct implementation of the strategies is beneficial to achieve my goals.
