I have always been interested in a career that will enhance my creativity while considering all elements of engineering and physical provisions that the modern building must integrate. Therefore, based on my interest and career objective, I wish to study MSc Construction Project Management at your institution. Therefore, joining your institution will enable me to explore how new forms of energy and other environmental factors of the construction sector can be accommodated within the natural environment for aesthetic and comfortable space.

MSc Construction Project Management is a course designed to equip students with management, technical, and interpersonal skills appropriate for managing complex construction projects. Moreover, it equips students with the competencies required to meet the challenges of modern-day technologies. Furthermore, the field of study offers students the opportunity to pursue their procurement, management, construction law, engineering, and construction sectors. From my professional background, I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Of this experience, I spend 14 years working in England. During this period, I have successfully worked on various projects such as airports, tube stations, schools, private houses, and a high-rise building. After evaluating my career path, I discovered my deep fascination and love for the construction industry. I have improved my knowledge, and today I am a fully qualified professional in the construction industry with NVQ6. Besides, I am monitoring the full process in a multimillion value of high-rise buildings and high-end projects. Therefore, I am willing to improve my knowledge to be a fully qualified professional in the construction industry. With significant experience in the construction industry, some of my current roles include managing small and large teams, implementing a high level of Health and Safety, timely inducting and training staff, quality inspection, following the program and making necessary changes when is required, and ability to communicate with the client, architects, local authority and supplier representatives. I also am tasked with providing video and photo evidence, regularly reporting about daily progress and needs, which inspired me to reach the next level in construction. I feel it is a challenge with my personality and capability, though I am confident that it makes me the most qualified candidate to study MSc Construction Project Management at your institution.

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and positive person who strives to be the best from my traits. Besides, I possess excellent communication skills and excellent teamwork skills, which I believe make me the most qualified candidate for this career. Also, I have an excellent command of information technology, including Microsoft Office. I am looking forward to being involved in a career where I can improve the living conditions of many people, especially those in congested cities. Moreover, I fluently speak English and another few languages, thus impacting my ability to work as part of multicultural teams.
