Factors Affecting planning and organizing study

A strong dedicated learning method is required to be followed for the learning. A study is such a task that requires high concentration and focus for the achievement of the task. In order to succeed in this study plans a proper planning and methodology is required so that the effect can be diminished easily. A stay focus and habit is required to overcome the affect related to the study here. There are certain factors that lead to distraction or remove the concentration from the subjects while studying (Ifsa.boku, 2020).

The study and learning can be affected by various factors available and shown here below:

Social contact: This is one of the affecting factors while studying. It is necessary to maintain a social gathering and social touch but getting into parties, functions and forgetting about everything is a negative part of study here. Equilibrium is required to maintain between the study and these social networkings. A balance between the social time and the study is thus required to be maintained properly so that there couldn't be any barrier in studies. Many of the students don't have a proper knowledge regarding the time management and thus their study is not possible regarding the required time when they need to study.

Interest: Interest is highly an affecting point in the studies. If study is being proceeded without any intention or interest in so, then a time comes when the study will be ending soon and without any learning’s. Study enthusiasm, energy are all directly proportional to the interest and passion for the study. Good marks and numbers are also based on such factors only. Low interest means students have a low frequency of concentration regarding the study (Independence.edu, 2020).

Other distractions: Nowadays mobile phones, televisions are a new kind of distractions regarding the students. Students are wasting their lot of time on these smart phones and their precious times are wasting in other activities rather than study. Mobile games or social media that is easily presented by the mobile is procrastination to students as they are reducing the concentration of students from their study. Moreover the environment also affects the study. If the environment is a noisy one then the students find it hard to develop concentration regarding the subject. Environment also refers to the room layout and design is required to be present in such form that can be beneficial for the study. Poor quality of lights and other resources can affect the eyes while studying.

Lack of sleep: It is a bad habit of young students nowadays not to sleep till late night. They find enjoyment in playing games or scrolling in social media and this leads to their sleep depriving habit. This sleep deprivation affects the students during their studies when they can't concentrate. Many health issues are also seen to be persisting in those students due to those sleep deprivation. To remove those sleep while study students try to have coffee or tea in large amounts which affect their health in an alternative way (Scienpress.com, 2019).

Evaluation of learning strength and weakness

I have both Learning strength as well as weakness reading study and i have a good knowledge reading them so that I can evaluate them in future. A learning theory of Maslow hierarchy is proper definition regarding the study can be easily talked about here. This Maslow theory is a perfect one to demonstrate my strength and to analyze my weakness. It can be seen that Maslow hierarchy is based on five stages and is a good learning source for the students. It generally begins from the physiological needs that taught us sleep, water, food and other resources are highly required to be followed by the students if they are required to concentrate properly on study. Then the next step can be seen is of safety. In this step the safety regarding the resources and material and health is highly focused on. If the health will not be proper then the discipline and dedication cannot be focused on study (Wingo, 2017). The third step can be seen of belongingness.

This step is regarding the social network and culture. This is highly required to fresh the mood but my weakness is somewhere hidden in this aspect. I do spend a lot of time in this case and thus find it hard to focus in my study. I spend a lot of time on social media and with my friend circle in which I forget to study and bring out time for the study. Then the next step can be seen of esteem. This can be said to be the self behavior and self respect that is required for the students. A positive culture, feedback and encouragement in taking risks are a part of this step. Here my strength can be focused easily by the strong and positive study environment. I do study in a positive environment where there is no disturbance and nuisance for the study. Risk such as solving a hard question without thinking of failing is a point which helped me to gain a good encouragement regarding the study. Then the final step is self actualization where students understand their potential regarding their study (Romani, 2018). In this step I understood my potential regarding the learning and duration up to which I can study. Problem solving, creativity and accepting the facts and innovation can be easily gained by students in this step.

The same happened with me and after reaching this step I am also able to gain such skills that helped me in studying and solving various questions. I do have both strength and weakness regarding my study as discussed above. The biggest weakness that can be seen in me is time management and prioritizing the things in my life. I lag in prioritizing the study and other things that are to be done by me. Suppose playing and studying both are necessary but playing while studying should not be engaged but is seen to be done by me (Galas, 2018). This is the part which I need to strengthen and focus my most of time on studying.

Practical and realistic strategy for weakness learning

The learning weakness does persist and it happens that sometimes I am unable to study or learn anything due to these weaknesses. A composition of both practical and realistic strategies is required to be focused in order to find those weaknesses and bring out the strongest one from me.

Thus to find my weakness following strategies are made:

Finding and accepting the real weakness is required here in this first step. After addressing the issue it is required to understand and admit that it persist and then a proper solution is required to be thought for that issue.

Setting proper goals is highly required then in the next step. Small goals are required to be fixed everyday because these small steps will lead to big goals one day (Pyrczak, 2018). These goals. In order to analyse my progress i am required to set the goals regarding the study.

Then I’ll try to take advice and guidance from my seniors or elders that are good at learning. I am the person that can understand my issue but then a proper analyzing an identification can be done with the help of any trainer or professional.

I'll be accessing myself on a regular basis where I’ll identify my weakness properly. I'll be able to understand where my time is being utilized so that I am not able to use it in study. Monitoring myself in various problematic conditions can also help me in bringing solutions regarding the problematic conditions also.

As stated in SWOT analysis my weakness is generally to waste my time with friends and companions. Other is to not paying much attention and also lack of inspiration os that I could carry my study. But there are certain strategies by which my weakness can be turned into my strength. First I would require evaluating the utilization of time in whole day. Then a proper strategy is required to be made according to my goals that I want to achieve. Moreover steps are shown in above so that I can evaluate and overcome my weakness in this learning part.

SWOT analysis for learning theory

The recognized learning theory used in the whole study is the Maslow’s learning theory. Maslow learning throaty have both strength and weakness are required to be understand here easily. This learning theory is useful in the learning of any new skills or talent. A proper motivation can be easily gained by the help of this analysis. Different hierarchical needs can be easily found out in this case so that can be useful for the people available. It provides safety and security to the people so that can be used in future aspect.

My weakness and strength all can be evaluated by the help of this learning theory. Different need is fulfilled by it. It got a good motivation for my learning of any new skills. This has developed a good sense of understanding in me so that I am able to fight with those scenarios easily. My most lf the weakness are being solve and incorporated by this theory and did provides proper help in my evaluation in future study.

My weakness and its solution

In learning theory my weakness was to slow learning the no concentration in the subject. Later I found hat this weakness is one oif the worst one in me and due to this weakness I were not able to analyses any difficulty that were available in my learning procedure. Moreover I faced problems while learning many of the new things. But after the utilization of this theory I am able to find out those difficulties that I have faced while my learning’s. I fought out and gained a good skills and learning methods. I am now able to grasp the topic easily and do not face any problem regarding the concentration.

Two recognized learning theories

The aim of enhancing learning can be understood by the two theories that are behavioral and cognitive one. These two theories are beneficial in teaching and learning the lessons. These theories have been evaluated for the past few years because it helps each individual in acquiring knowledge and information regarding various skills. Earlier in the 1900s the “associationistic” principle of learning was there regarding the studies. A comparison between behavioral and cognitive learning theory is preceded here. The first learning theory is given by Edward Thorndike a great physiologist in 20th century. This theory is all about the behavioral aspects that is required to be developed for any learning to be proceeded. This behavioral theory led to the proper building of environment of study and learning. Ones behavior is being set in this part for the proper learning to be initiated. This theory helps in building a proper stimulus and also bringing the continuous concentration in study or learning’s. The limitation is that this may be a complex method for the people to learn. Different people do proceed in different way and thus they may notb be able to adjust with this theoretical view. This learning theory has a great application in criminal cases to provide a good behavior to the criminals and also to the offenders. Various liberty laws were there for deriving most of the complex situations available. According to the SWOT analysis the theories somewhere is attached with it. Three experimental sets are present in this case for the up gradation of this theory in earlier situations. The first one is to remove the unnecessary syllabus present and the next two is based on experimenting based on understanding the use of associations. The strength and opportunity consist idea and innovation and is also supported by the theories present here. Association of ideas and terminology is highly seen over in this paper for advancement of behavioral theories.

Three of the applications are related to these behavioral theories, those are

behavioral modification: The behavioral problems and social well being is being cured in this aspect (Noordegraaf, 2019). Various treatments for the school related problems such as hypertension, lack of attention and others are treated in this part. It’s a kind of opportunity for the learner and is also being suppoterd by the SWOT anaslysis done. The SRS model is prepared for the behavioral model here [Referred to Appendix 1].

classroom management: Here each and every individual is being handled by teachers or professionals by the help of this theory only. Certain rules of conduct are prepared for those students regarding their management.

instruction management: Behavioral theory is useful for the managing student behavior as well as for the management of instruction for the students. Course materials are discussed here that are beneficial for the instruction set up and enhancement of the behavior of students.

The above management and strategy is being followed up by the SWOT analysis done. The other theory is regarding the cognitive theory. After behavioral theory, the human information processing, use of technology started to persist in the studies. The cognitive theory which is demonstrated by Jean Piaget is useful in influencing the internal and external behavior of individuals. By this cognitive theory human minds can be understood and can be preceded in the same way as required for learning. It can be proceeded to achieve great achievement in leanings by this cognitive theory. This cognitive throy is successful in teaching the required skills and technologies to the students. Sometime this cognitive behavior theory it can be affecting one for the behavior of individuals. Thus cognitive information theory is introduced here where the information is input and processing is done according to the required one and finally a proper output is found out (Luse, 2017). A series of information is found but the transformation is there and storage is present in the memory.

The information processing model is presented here by the help of cognitive methodology. Sensory memory, selection attenuation, pattern recognition, short term memory and encoding are some of the parts that are seen in this model. This model helps in the development of mind, utilisation of raw materials and cognitive framings regarding study (Hines, A., 2016). Questioning, assessment and other self regulated theories are being drawn by this cognitive theory.

Thus it can be concluded from paper that the learning theory are required to be involved in enhancing studies. My strength and weakness are being evaluated in this study so that proper steps could be taken to improve the learning aspect. SWOT analysis is presented so that proper evaluation of my strength and weakness could be made regarding the learning aspect. I chose Maslow learning theory so that I can understand the different need and also can complete those needs in the learning part. Finally two theories are being evaluated and a comparison being made between the two so that good understanding can be made according to the two theories.
