Introduction

This essay is reflecting on the Business management foundation course. I had enrolled myself in this course with the criteria of understanding the orientation success in higher education. Setbacks

I had to engage in looking after my family and there was time consumed while this education process was engaged. A checking of processes and placing a large amount of future orientation is not something that goes with my characteristics. This helped me in concluding record handling (Elsom et al. 2020). I practiced management of time through looking at youtube videos and those were for the research skill management and authorizing integrity. I work on implementer that will get the things done in this context of developing sustainable personal learning.

I have also gone through honey and mumford learning styles. There are “four distinct learning styles or preferences: Activist, Theorist; Pragmatist and Reflector”. I am essentially engaged with activist performances. I mostly engage in the following work such as:

Major opportunities have been identified as a part of becoming pro in terms of note-taking and using technology in note-taking. There is also improvisation observed for the successful execution of tasks, lectures, and seminars. Theories and core textbooks are identified as a part of receiving sustainable growth opportunities. Learning new methodologies of concentration build up and receiving systematic components of success is important (Fowler, Camacho, and Farh, 2019). I have gone through professional learning sites and youtube videos as a part of delivering the right sources of learning. The nature of activities is incorporated in terms of identifying the right choice of knowledge building and application. Academic goals such as building up a major theoretical understanding of textbook elements are important. I respect my assessors and their evaluation reports are important for the management of teamwork and improving my writing as well as learning skills. Going through authentic sites like Google Scholar, ProQuest have been essential for me as they helped in finding out legitimate sources of learning and theoretical development of concepts. Teamwork has been identified as a personal skill and I believe to get engaged within this factor in quite a effective way. This is crucial in today’s world of learning.

I have received several formal and informal feedbacks. I believe that feedback helps in practicing academic integrity and works towards the improvement of presentation. I have received feedback regarding the improvement of presentation skills. Feedbacks are also received regarding the typical sentence construction and grammatical errors. These are expected for me to develop integral development of concepts in academic research paper submission. Certain websites are suggested by the assessors to get improvised writing and presenting style. I have identified that presentation skills help in scoring maximum marks. I agree with communication development. My skills still need to be improvised as I do not have enough communication fluency. While presenting my work in front of the class I become conscious and do not perform up to the mark.

c. Future aspects that require to work on

The learning has been identified in terms of gaining confidence to work on business processes. There are individual learning opportunities gathered by me. It is expected by my teachers to write in more detail and follow submission guidelines. I need to work on developing and management of emotions as core criteria of gaining success in academic research. I cannot get attached with samples that I have considered for research personally. They are supposed to remain uninfluenced by my behavior and I should preserve the research integrity. I need to engage in more physical activity to become more active mentally and give my 100% focus on studying. The academic research concepts need to be managed by me exponentially by showing maximum interest and doing it with a passion (Migliori et al. 2019).

I still seek more help on the development of referencing style. Academic integrity and referencing are important in terms of managing the research project in higher education. An appropriate and integrated source of referencing on the topic given sometimes becomes a difficult task as some resources are identified to be paid. However, I believe it is important to work on other factors such as health, and collaboration with members is important.

I am a self-learner and I have engaged in comprehensive learning of modules.
