During the group presentation I am able to experience several positive aspects that assisted me to improve my professional and personal skills. I can use Gibbs reflective cycle in terms of evaluating my experience and learning skill throughout the presentation. In the first stage of Gibbs reflective cycle, Description, I can describe what happened to me during the group presentation. During the first day of presentation I have been introduced with my teammates and team leaders. Although previously I was shy and introvert, during the middle of perennation I have worked on my communication and intercave skill. As stated by Mangi et al. (2015), in the self-reflection process, it is important to describe the happenings in life, as it assists individual to analyse his or her experience. feeling is the second stage in Gibbs reflective cycle in which I can discuss about my feeling about the team roles that I have performed during group presentation. throughout the presentation I felt that I have worked enough on my communication, interaction and decision-making skill. in addition to this, I also felt that I need to discuss my issues with my team leaders in terms of improving my analysing and judgemental skill which is important to evaluate the result of any situation. In the next stage of Gibbs cycle, the evaluation, I can evaluate the good and bad experience during my group presentation. through out the presentation I have experience mainly good experience that assisted me to develop my knowledge, cognitive skill and decision-making skill. through performing different roles in group such as Plant, resource investigator, co-ordinator, monitor and shaper, I became able to strengthen my professional and personal skills. in the next stage, I can make analysis of the usefulness of this experience that I gained during the team work. Team work assisted me to understand benefits of synergistic work and cooperative activities, moreover the group presentation assisted me to improve my adaptability in different team and team management skills. according to Kovanović et al. (2018), self-reflection is based on the analysis of past experience and its impact on behaviour and activities of individuals. on the next stage I can make the conclusion that although the team working and group presentation assisted me to develop my skill and knowledge, I need to focus on improving my analytical skill, judgemental approach and time management skill to accomplish any task in effective manner. Finally, I can make effective action plan, in which I will make strategies to improve my personal skill. for example, I will work on my written skill by writing assignment regularly.

Another important self-analysing tool that I can use to analyse my personal skill and experience during the group presentation is Belbin’s Role Model. during presentation I had worked as a shaper that assisted me to shape my skill and knowledge in term of attaining any challenges in the professional field. As stated by Mangi et al. (2015), being a shaper, people can shape their skill and knowledge in terms of improving their own personal and professional skill such as interactive skill, communication skill and time management skill. the other important role that I had performed is plant, in which I used to act as a creative, free-thinking person. This role had assisted me to generate new and innovative ideas for the team project in terms of assisting the team leader to meet the target easily. According to Mangi et al. (2015), the plant is important role which assists individual to develop their thoughts, creativity and innovative ideas. During this role, I learned how to avoid negative thoughts and interruption during performing any task in effective manner. Other important roles that I had performed was resource investigator. This role assisted me to become enthusiastic about collecting important resources that are important for effectively accomplishing the task. on the contrary Kovanović et al. (2018,) argued that being a resources investigator, individual can be over-optimistic about the success of their professional field. My role as a monitor evaluator makes me sober and specific about my goals. During the teamwork, I use to apply for this role in term if analysing and judging thing in an effective manner of determining their results. According to Kovanović et al. (2018,) sometimes, the role of monitor and evaluator offend teammates due to interfering into the ways process and quality of their performance. Being a team worker, I learned to work in a team with maintaining proper operation and synergistic approaches. as stated by Mangi et al. (2015), being a team worker proper sometimes try to establish their individual performed or ability rather than focusing on the common goals. Being an implementer during the presentation, I had learned about implementing effective strategies and decision in term of attaining and long term and short-term goals of my team. According to Alshmemri et al. (2017), implemented is assigned to implement suitable and reliable decision for maintaining sustainable growth of the team. Another important role that I performed during team working is completer or finisher, which assisted me to learn how to accomplish a task with a perfect ending. According to Potter (2015), being a completer individual learn to polish their skills in terms of completing task within time in a proper manner. the other role that I have performed during the group presentation is specialist, which assisted me to use the relevant strategies and decision in term of meeting the targets. I can also use the Emotional Intelligence (EI) questionnaires which assisted me to evaluate my emotional skills such as my helping nature, sensitiveness, anger, guilt, anxiety, trust and attachment. Through using the EI test I can find out the weakness on which I have worked a lot to improve the skills. fir example, during the presentation I was very emotional and sensitive which makes me fall in trouble while getting poor support from my teammates and team leader in attaining critical task. Later I have worked a lot on this weakness and convert them into positive strength such as optimistic and confronting.

From the overall discussion, it can be concluded that self-reflection is associated with analysing own strength and weakness. through making self-reflection, individuals will be able to strengthen their skill and knowledge in terms of improving their professional as well as a personal skill. moreover, through reflecting on own performance, individual, can analyse the use of their roles in the professional field.
