Weekly Schedule for Study

Monday

8am-9:30am: Wake up, go running for 20 minutes, come back home, do yoga for 15 minutes. Shower and make breakfast, eat breakfast and go for class.

10am- 1pm: Attend class, make lecture notes, review notes.

1pm-2:30pm: Eat lunch.

2:30pm to 5pm: Attend class.

6pm: Come back home, make dinner and eat. Study and revise for next day’s class.

Tuesday

8am-9:30am: Wake up, running for 20 minutes, yoga for 15 minutes. Breakfast and go for class.

10am-2pm: Attend class, take notes.

2pm-3pm: Lunchtime, go to library.

3pm-6pm: Attend class

7pm: Home, prepare for next day’s class, dinner and sleep.

Wednesday

9am-10am: Prepare for class, make and eat breakfast

10:30am-4pm: Attend class, make notes

4:30pm-7pm: Studies and reading about relevant research material which was taught in class. Attend seminars which are relevant to what is being taught in class.

8pm-9pm: Work out in room, make healthy dinner and read a book before going to sleep.

10pm: Go to bed.

Thursday

8am-9am: Wake up, work out, make breakfast and go to class

10am: 1pm: Attend class, make notes and study notes

1pm-2pm: Eat lunch, read a book

3pm-4pm: Attend class and seminar, make notes for further study

5pm-8pm: Leisure time, make dinner, go to bed

Friday

9am: Wake up, make breakfast, go to class

10am-12pm: Attend class, makes notes, attend seminars if possible

12:30pm-2pm: Eat lunch, leisure time

2:30pm-4pm: Study materials for study, attend relevant seminars

4:30pm-7pm: Work out, make dinner, eat dinner and prepare for coming week’s class

7:30pm-10pm: Leisure time, reading books and doing yoga

Academic Integrity

Academic integrity refers to a student's dedication to and showing of ethical and moral behaviour in the classroom. This is especially important at the university level since it pertains to giving credit to others while exploiting their ideas. In its most basic form, it entails appreciating other people's efforts (writingcenter.unc.edu). Academic dishonesty among pupils isn't limited to the dynamics of the classes where it takes place. Academic integrity is a crucial concern for the university, particularly when considering how education dissertation help can be informed by these principles. Institutions can have a considerable influence on attitudes toward and awareness of academic honesty, as well as lowering the occurrence of academic dishonesty, by implementing the following strategies. The substance of a successful academic integrity policy, university activities meant to build integrity, and the formation of an university culture that supports integrity are all examples of this (Whitley and Keith-Spiegel, 2001).

There are many instances of the way in which academic integrity is practiced in Arden University. Firstly, the university encourages students to complete their assignments and their papers by themselves and encourages people to seek help from their instructors as much as possible. Secondly, the university makes sure the work submitted by the student passes by a rigorous testing process where it is tested whether or not the work which was submitted by the student is original or not. Thirdly, students are educated and made aware of enemy what the various methods and practices which are considered plagiarism in the academic world. Doing so would enable the student to not make any mistakes while completing their assignments on account of not knowing what counts as plagiarism and what doesn’t.

Strengths and Weaknesses of Graduate Attributes

Strengths:

I am a very effective communicator and I am proficient in using a variety of verbal and non-verbal methods to get my point across. I am also proficient at using electronic media and social media to communicate with people.

I am a good team player and possess leadership qualities, whereby I efficiently assign jobs and communicate easily with other team members.

I use the skills I have acquiring, and still acquiring, into my practical work life.

Weaknesses

I am still a student in my chosen field and hence I am still not completely proficient in the theoretical knowledge of my field. I possess certain gaps in knowledge with respect to my chosen field of study and I am still learning about the various methods and practices which are being developed in my area of study.

I need to learn more about the ethical and real-life ramifications of the professional and academic world that I am in and I need to develop that skill further.

I feel I need to develop my reflective skills better in order to better understand which areas I need to work in, both in my academic and professional life.

Actions Which Need to Be Taken:

In order to educate myself further in my chosen area of study, I want to go beyond my required academic study materials and consult guides and lessons which are further relevant to my field. This will help me move beyond the syllabus and supplement my educational experience, as I understand not everything can be taught through classes.

I will continue educating myself about the ethical considerations of whichever academic or professional task I aim to undertake and make sure that I am up to date with all the information. In order to do that, I will keep contact with an individual who has already worked in that field.

I will maintain a reflective journal which will allow me to practise reflecting on my educational journey and allow me to critique myself and become an excellent student as a result of that.
