Upholding Ethical Standards and Legislative Compliance in Quality Control Management

It is essential for IQA to manage the code of practice and implement the legislations and ethical code of conduct in the organisation for successful quality control mechanism. In this regard, it is the responsibility of IQA to manage all the ethical code of practice to maintain proper quality and improve supervisor quality during managing the quality of assessment, including aspects of healthcare dissertation help. In this regard for managing the standard in the industry, the internal quality assessor must maximise values for the staff and empower them, in the organisational decision making practice (Somachandra and Sylva, 2018). Industry level standard includes respect and integrity, providing work life balance, managing fairness and proper empowerment of the participants so that they can share their perception and play crucial role for managing the activities. The quality control assessor also needs to identify the organisational requirements and encourage staff’s creativity and innovation in long run.

Additionally, it is necessary to manage data at the organisational context, where the staff’s personal data should be secured under proper cloud computing system and organisational data base management system. In this regard, the quality control assessor also must focus on executing General Data Protection Act 2018 to protect the personal information and data at the organisation, which further enhance the industrial quality standard in long run (Moye et al., 2017). Hence, for subsequent code of conduct management and implementing the legislations are effective of the quality controller to manage the industrial standard and maximise the quality of workplace successfully. It also has effective tracking and record-keeping policies as well as follows professional standards for further quality control system. For managing the workplace successfully, it has proper security system, with CCTV cameras, and the quality assessor is successful to manage the safety of the participants through fire extinguisher and emergency ext activities. The workplace is also effective, where professional standard would be maintained properly. For professional code of conduct to be maintained at the workplace, there is equality and diversity as well as the quality assessor will provide equal opportunities to the participants. Respecting the values and culture of the participants and developing integrity will be there to maximise the professional code of conduct. Additionally, there is proper feedback management system and sample size, where the record of the participants is let safely under data protection legislations. The tracking and record keeping polices are hereby efficient to manage the participants properly. The computerised database is utilised to keep the record as well as the spreadsheets are also used by the quality assessor to manage feedback and protect the participants. The major records are related to the feedback of the assessor, sampling records, sampling plans and observation report which are managed in a synchronised way and it further helps the quality assessor to maintain professional standard and legal code of conduct.
