After my studies, it is my dream to seek a position in financial analyst manager (investment banking and equity analyst manager) within top organizations globally. Financial analysis managers are tasked with collecting data and information concerning a company's financial performance, managing financial analysis activities in an organization, and consolidating the collected information into complex organization reports. They also contribute to a company's financial decisions and interpret raw financial data to recommend changes to a firm. This position in a top organization will enable me to gain great leadership skills and extensive knowledge of global financial analysis. Also, I am considering seeking finance dissertation help in place to further enhance my understanding of financial analysis. Financial analyst role is very critical in determining whether or not certain deals between companies are feasible as per the corporate fundamentals. I am motivated to pursue this role since it will give me a great opportunity to learn great and unique skills in the financial sector. Moreover, with more financial data handled in banks and financial organizations, I believe that my knowledge and skills will be utilized to the maximum. Besides, with a dream to venture into the private sector as an entrepreneur, this position will teach me additional skills to transit to the private sector with much ease.

Furthermore, an individual with great future and an entrepreneur, I dream to start a financial advisory company and be the chief executive officer of the company to provide financial advice to various companies, individuals as well as families while trying to solve the most challenging financial issues in the world. This position includes giving ‘independent advice' to companies and individuals concerning the financial sector. It includes advice concerning; life insurance, fact-finding to establish client needs and development solutions, conducting value presentations and assisting clients through the Buying Process. My inspiration for this role comes from my nature to improve people's lives and change the world. By venturing in this position, people will find their finances better managed.

As an individual who likes fashion design and who believes that clothing allows an individual to change the way people are perceived by society, I am fascinated to be an entrepreneur in the fashion industry. In this position, I will be able to manage the supply chain process of the chemicals industry under the fabrication processes for the textiles & apparel sector. Besides, I will be able to explore new markets for the chemical supply under the textiles and apparel fabrication processes. Also, I will like to explore various other techniques and processes under the fashion industry which might be lacking vision or expertise in order to be more cost-effective in terms of procedures, techniques, raw materials, etc. Basically, as an individual equipped with the knowledge, skill, and experience, I aspire to venture into the design, production, distribution, retailing, marketing and advertisement of all types of apparel. However, I understand that these career goals are not easy though, with determination and being a positive and self-motivated individual who believe in achieving the best, I will succeed in this sector. My roles in these goals include providing the necessary resources to venture into the design industry, providing administrative and financial analyst services and leasing with other companies.

My first motivation in these goals is from the need to link my venture with family business activities thereby enlightening their entry into the fashion industry. Secondly, with the increased unemployment among the youth and being an individual who aspires to solve the most challenging global challenges, this venture will solve the unemployment challenge in my country. Moreover, equipped with skills and knowledge, it will be my aspiration to prove to the world that, knowledge is power.

Marilynne Robinson once said that it’s not a man's working hours that is important, it is how he spends his leisure time. As a manager and an individual who is concerned about making people's lives better, during my free time, I like organizing events and participating in charity work. For instance, I have participated in charity work and during my college period. I volunteered and participated in various festivals and debate competitions holding various positions as well as contributions. I also organized an event for the college's festivals 'ESCAPADE 2018' during which I led a team of 25-30 students in making the event successful. This event was highly recommended by the institution management due to its chronological organization, high level of management and application of business knowledge to reduced expenses compared to all other events that have ever been held in the institution. However, being an observant learner, I have realized that the activities have greatly improved my communication skills, team management skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Therefore, regardless of being a leisure time activity, they are a great opportunity to nurturing my skills and knowledge.

Studies have suggested that a balance of work and leisure activities can create satisfying and need-fulfilling lives. Having a variety of talents and abilities, I like playing games such as football and cricket and cycling. Moreover, I have dancing and drawing abilities. All these talents and abilities enable me to stay a motivated person who is healthy. Moreover, since some of the activities require a team, I take this opportunity to mentor and motivate my team members to change how the world is perceived and encourage humanity. In my mind, advancing my career in an environment supporting the growth of my talents and abilities is all that I need and this will be a great motivation opportunity to the world.

As an individual who likes traveling and making new friends, I have attended various conferences and seminars which I believe are critical in my life and career. It is argued that the experience and skills which are gained from traveling abroad are crucial and gives an individual life-long personal benefit. Moreover, international exposure, especially for students, allows them to understand the rules and regulations of the business in various states. Being a citizen of India, attending an international conference had a great benefit. Up to now, some of the critical seminars that I have attended include the Esade summer program. This is a program held at ESADE Business School in Barcelona. It is a program which equips individual with multiple skills including management skills, public speaking skills, leadership skills, and other critical skills. This program opened my mind to entrepreneurship, how to gather capital, and coming up with the most effective decision in entrepreneurship. The application of these skills will assist in making my career goals come true. Another seminar that I attended includes an Enriching Environment Conference which was held in the Netherlands. The conference objective was to provide a venue for animal careers and discussing environmental enrichment. This conference was a great opportunity for me to enrich my knowledge of the environment and its conservation. Moreover, it improved my traits and after the conference, I was able to organize a local conference in my country to educate the youth on how to develop their lives through animal farming and how to conserve the environment at the same time. Another conference that I attended and which improved my personality was an Opportunity to Network. However, the conference was held in my home country, it was an international conference which attracted delegates from eighty countries. From the conference, I learned the strength of business connections, advancing career, accessing job opportunities and also built my confidence. This conference gave me insight that guides my professional interests.

Based on your current knowledge of the program, what do you think will be the key challenges for you during the Masters in Financial Analysis, both academically and personally? How do you intend to overcome these challenges? *

Challenge is part of our daily lives. Avoiding challenges is termed as a cowardness. However, people who are courageous and self-determined are never afraid of challenges. From my understanding, masters of financial analysis are a broad and demanding course which is a challenge to many students. However, as a leader and student who focus on studies, and who embrace culture change easily, tackling this challenge is very easy. Moreover, I am an individual who possesses great skills. I am therefore planning to apply my traits such as enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking, and ability to strive to be the best to cope with challenges. My abilities and talents will also enable me to relax and always work to achieve my goals and give your institution a good reputation. Additionally, the choice of the university; where your institution equips learners with empirical evidence and theoretical tools necessary for understanding financial analysis and enhances multidisciplinary exploration is a first step towards solving the challenge.

Physiologist suggests that, being immersed in a different culture result in culture shock. This is an intense feeling of irritability and homesickness which is experienced once an individual trip to a new region or country. Therefore, this forms a new challenge for me. Being a frequent traveler and an individual who like socializing and exploring the world, this is a little challenge to me. I have handled it before with little difficulties and in a short time. Therefore, similarly, I am planning to apply my talents to socialize with people and adapt quickly to the new environment, and offered a chance, I will read extensively about the institution environment and surroundings to acquire knowledge which will prepare my mind to solve this challenge.

While handling some cases in an individual’s life, communication is very important and often the first step to finding solutions. After planning to study in a reputable institution and settling on your institution, I first discussed the idea to my parents. Secondly, being a social person with many friends and some youth to mentor, I also discussed with them too. To start with, my parents being an academician and who have knowledge of my great dreams, encouraged me to go and study to unleash my dreams and develop the community. Scholars have argued that parents are among the most crucial individuals in the lives of their children. After many years of emotional, physical as well as economic support, after discussing my dream, my parents have promised to continue supporting me economically, emotionally and physically. I feel motivated when I wake up every morning and my mother tells me to be focused on joining your reputable university and be who I aspire to be. I have come to realize my strength and my ability to fulfill my dreams.

Secondly, my friends see it as a great opportunity for them since from my personality, they know I will be of great help to them and their professional and academic lives. Therefore, they too wished me to do my best and learn in a university that promotes my dreams. However, they "warned” me not to forget them. Besides, I won’t deny that some of them are very emotional, though I am taking all chances to talk to them about the opportunity and how it will change their lives and the lives of others. I have also promised to talk to them once I am free, if offered the chance.

My academic performance so far gives me an accurate indication that I have great potential to succeed. From my academics, I have always been a top-performing student. From instance at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and in the first year, I was able to score a GPA of 8.09. Moreover, at the Heritage School, Rohini I undertook CGPA and scored grade 10 - 9.4 which is a percentage scored of 95.5 %.

Moreover, to apply my theoretical knowledge to the real world, I undertook a market research project titled 'Consumer experience, pattern, and analysis in India' which was basically about analysing market structures in India. From the project, I developed an inclination towards working with data, interpreting the results and using those results for forecasting and decision making. Though this is closely related to academics, I was able to do great things and came up to be more successful compared to other individuals in the same field. Moreover, being a self-motivated student and an individual who strive to achieve the best, I have built strong accounting, finance, and management foundations through subjects like accounting, introduction to business management among other subjects.

From my previous learning, I have mastered the art of excelling through strategies such as understanding my strength, setting of specific goals and working toward aching them, prioritizing in my education, and being resilient. Offered a chance, I would apply similar strategies to excel, which accurately indicate that I have a great potential to be successful in my course.

Being a student, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce perusing Bachelor of Commerce with Honors, I am planning to complete my undergraduate degree and pass with flying colors. Moreover, I am currently working at Foamtech Antifire Pvt. Ltd as a part-time sales and marketing executive where I am tasked with providing digital marketing support to the department, accurately analyzing the export data and preparing Spreadsheets, filing and keeping records of correspondence with buyers, preparing a yearly business plan and among others, maintain strong customer relationship. I am planning to work hard, be creative and innovative to increase the company's reputation. Besides, I am planning to reveal my abilities and even ask for a promotion to the finance department so that I can start gaining critical knowledge in finance in advance.

To improve my leadership skills, management skills, communication skills and interact with youth leaders, I am planning to apply for Global Youth Leadership Summit 2020 which will be held in April in Naples Italy. This summit develops individual entrepreneurship skills, leadership, peace, and create an understanding of the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs). This is a great opportunity for me to travel and network with youth and leaders and even enquire about new ideas. Moreover, this is an opportunity, to train myself to adapt to a new environment, culture and live away from my home which will assist in fast acclimatization if offered a chance in your institution. Moreover, the journey will give me an International exposure and allow me to understand the rules and regulations of the business in Italy which is a great move in my career and aspirations.
