Reasons for rejecting the alternatives:

Though there are certain alternatives, these are rejected as the people also become stressed due to slowdown of the economy. The small and medium sized business activities have been hampered during such phase, where there are a huge numbers of people become unemployed. The people are not having proper monetary support to fulfil their basic needs and it further leads a country towards break down of the social economic condition (Zhu et al., 2020). The people are also suffering through the stressful period where they are concerned as well as they feel fear of having corona virus. On the other hand, though the people are getting extra personal time as well as safer world, the skill and abilities of the workforce are not utilised well and the unemployment rate is decreasing at a rapid rate. In the multinational corporate firms, the employees are also at risk as well as the entrepreneurs are suffering through huge loss due to such pandemic era. Thus, the alternatives of COVID-19 cannot be accepted by the human being.

Constraints:

The major constraints of such period are resources and skill of the employees. Resource constraint is a big factor, where the people are not getting proper resources to live their daily lives as well as run the organisations efficiently. The small and medium sized business cannot stock their products use to resources constraints (Lu et al., 2020). Apart from that, the multinational corporations are also suffering through getting appropriate resources as well as having skilful workers in their organisations. The employees who are not familiar with latest technology and digital transformation of the activities are getting unemployed and it becomes difficult for them to live a normal life by fulfilling their basic needs.
