Enhancing Nursing Roles and User Support

In my presentation, I try to discuss the needs of the service users’ group and the role of nursing which is important for me to achieve professional success. It is my duty to meet the role of nursing and serve better care and support to all the service user group. In this regard, the service user group need proper care, support, equal and fair treatment so that they can maximise their wellbeing and it is my responsibility to create values for them by implementing Equality Act 2010, health and social care Act 2010 as well as Human Rights Act 1998, so that they can enhance standard of living (Aadal et al., 2018; Butcher et al., 2018).

In this regard, I try to gather secondary data by searching more online journals, articles and books so that I can be successful in understanding the roles and strategies of the nurses to achieve success sin their professional field and meet the needs and preferences of the service users. During the presentation, I feel that, there is lack of confidence and poor interactive skill for which I cannot perform well and speak out loud for improving understanding of the audience. Hereby, it would be beneficial for me in future to improve my communication and interactive skill as well as improve spoken power so that I can interact with the audience during the presentation as well as communicate with them about the presentation. I try to conduct the presentation by gathering proper knowledge which helps me to discuss relevant and valid points as a nurse ion providing human services to the service user group. proper information and adequate knowledge help me as well to provide effective information to the audience. In this regard, I try to improve my self-confidence so that I can talk in a straightforward way with the audiences during my presentation.

As a midwifery, it is the key duty to provide sex and reproductive health care service to the women where I try to deal with pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period (Homer et al., 2019; Vermeulen et al., 2018). Through conducting in depth research on the roles and responsibilities of midwifery as well as strategies to promote equality and creating values for women, I ty to gather proper information for my presentation. Hereby, in my presentation, I am successful in discussing the concepts an, roles and responsibilities of a midwifery to promote equality and diversity at the workplace as well as treat the women in an efficient manner for creating values for them. During my presentation, I feel that, I need to work open my English skill so that I can use more perfect word which can represent the understanding of the presentation. In future, I would like to improve my performance by improving my communication skill so that my presentation will be in a consistent and straightforward way where I can attract the audiences with relevant information and improve their interest regarding the strategies and challenges of providing professional care as a nurse to the service user group. In addition to this, I would also like to improve interactive way to attract the audience during my presentation so that I can improve interest among them to take active part. moreover, I feel that, I can conduct more research for finding more secondary information which would be effective for expressing more thoughts and understanding about the roles and strategies of the midwiferies as well as the preferences and needs of the service users in maximising their wellbeing. Hereby, in future, I would try to improve my English skill, communicative way and conduct more in-depth research for providing more information to the audience and imporve their interest about the research topic in my presentation.

During the presentation, I try to develop my understanding by effective literature search through which I try to acknowledge the roles and responsibilities of mine as a health visitor where I can improve my role in providing efficient services to the service user group. In this regard, in order to improve the roles and responsibilities of health visitors, it needs to implement Equality Act 2010 for serving all the individuals with care (Baird, 2019; Mengoni, and Redman, 2019). During my presentation, I try to represent the roles, the need of the service user group as well as discuss proper instruction about the arrangements of serving better car and support to the individual so that the main role of the health visitor can be achieved. I try to speak clear and loudly to attract the audience and represent my understanding in a simple and concise manner so that it is possible for me to let the people understand about the in-depth knowledge and information of my presentation. Additionally, I try to speak in a straightforward way and use simple English for improving understanding among the audiences that it is easy for me to attract them and increase their interest to take active part during my presentation. In this regard, I try to improve my English and grammatical skill and use simple English for such presentation so that there is no confusion about the thoughts of the presentation. I would like to improve my performance in future by conducting more in-depth knowledge ad understanding so that I can improve my presentation skill. In addition to this, I would also like to imporve my English skill so that I can represent the information in more suitable way that could attract more audiences. Additionally, I also try to improve my body language and confidence so that I can interact with the audience during the presentation and provide adequate information regarding the human service.
