Advanced Medical Treatment and First Aid Expertise

What positions are you interested in? Do you have any previous experience in providing medical services at events or providing training for First Aid courses

I am interested in advanced medical treatment where I mainly prefer to have skill and expertise in the First aid where professional skill and clinical experience of me is helpful for me to deliver high quality health and social care services to the individuals who seek proper support, treatment and quality care. I have working experience with Nightingale Medics Ltd where I try to give people proper help through cooperation and communication with the team of existing Medics, Nurses, Paramedics and First Responders. In the first aid department, I try to complete required documentation of the patients and diagnose the individual for acknowledging their actual health needs and personal preferences. In this regard, my communication skill is beneficial for me to develop strong communication and build strong relationship with the patients and help them to be comfortable in the care home, so that they can share their experience and discuss over their health needs. I am a trained staff in the first aid system, where I am efficient to diagnose the patient at the very first time they come for treatment as well as manage the incident or the patient by ensuring continuous safety and security, effective treatment and care for them. Responding the injured person immediately and treat them in the professional manner further helps me to deliver high quality care and support o the individuals.

The above mentioned experience and capabilities further provide me an opportunity to take active part in arranging training program for other staff and nurses, where I would be proficient in providing proper training so that the clinical skill and knowledge in first aid service can be enhanced among the nurses and other staff members in the team. During my working hours, I try to cooperative and develop flexible working environment, where I can motivate others to work as a group and treat the patient with quality acre and treatment and this in turn is advantageous for me to provide proper health care services to the individuals. At medics, I focus on delivering quality care and first aid treatment to the individual for improving the quality of life and enhancing the wellbeing of the individuals in the social communities.

I am able to communicate with others including the team members as well as with the patients and interact positively with respect and integrity and the competencies further help me to provide proper service at events and represent the Medics successfully. In addition to these, sharing own knowledge and clinical expertise with others as well as attending the training program and enhancing the practice of group discussion further provide me a scope to interact with others and develop an effective team to support the patients through first aid service at Medics. The ability to understand the actual needs and personal preferences of the patients as well as experience in first aid and partnership working practice are also beneficial for me o represent the Medics at the health care industry and deliver high quality treatment and care to the individuals.
