Furthermore, as an experienced salesperson, I have perfected the art of handling customers’ inquiries and complaints, and this makes me a perfect candidate to resolve issues for the public and keep them and their representatives informed of progress. Understanding and Implement Legislation: I have been trained since 2006 to 2009 to issue PCN and lift cars which cause obstruction to free flow of traffic. This gives me abilities to understand legislations relating to enforcement of parking restrictions as well the Traffic Management Act of 2004 and all the associated legislations of London Authorities, Transport for London and CPZ policies of United Kingdom.

Communication skills: I have excellent communication skills. My handwriting is clear and readable. Additionally, I am multilingual and I am fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi.

Ability to remain calm and professional at all times. Over the service period I have demonstrated professionalism at all time in my work place. I always remain calm while dealing with colleagues, superiors and member of public etc. even at stressful circumstances. I also possess good customer services skills.

IT skill and IT equipment’s: I am an IT professional Hardware A+ Diploma holder. Some of the subject I undertook include; Fundamental operating system (Dos,Windows and networking Basic computer electronics, Computer operation ,Repairing & servicing , Computer Trouble shooting. I have done also Microsoft office. Moreover, I have no problem using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Demonstrate a commitment. For the past years, I have led, developed and motivated others to ensure service delivery and objectives are met especially during teamwork which is one of important skills to achieve company targets. I am fully aware that the social strength comes with team work, therefore, by sharing experience and knowledge with others it is easy to provide high quality service. Additionally, from my creativity, I usually, assess risk in my surroundings and communicate them with immediate effect. I have mastered how to constantly motivate my team and encourage them at all time. I also like to understand people’s strength and weakness through interactions.
