This skill is one of the commonly used skills that I treasure, and I obey its value at my workplace. As good communication personnel, I can seek guidance and assistance as everyone can understand me efficiently. Delivery of service is not the sole role but a collective position in the employment sector that makes me and everyone else able to comprehend what is needed.

I similarly utilize teamwork and collaboration in the professional field. I always believe in joining hands with others for a common cause. I have always ensured tasks are achieved with this skill and delivered in a timely with minimum errors. With this knowledge, I am in a position to cope with the rising need for computer skills. It has also reduced errors in my service delivery.

This has always made me satisfied with all deliveries that I make without any complaint. The adaptivity skill makes me accept challenging tasks and accept any location of service delivery.

I also use analytic skills to synthesize and understand complex contents and contexts in service delivery. This is seen in day-to-day activities in the working environment as service delivery is effectively seen by analysing the contexts. Issues that arise at the workplace also make me use this skill to harmonize all the expertise needed to work delivery and relationship efficiently.

I collectively use my graduate skills for self-evaluation, especially at the workplace. This makes me know the outcome of my role and my workplace competence. Moreover, through the evaluation outcome, I always use my results to adjust appropriately and ensure that all good skills are upheld and maintained. Graduate skills are the skills gained by my graduates in the university. These skills are of a wide range and include but not limited to critical thinking, problem-solving, oral communication, written communication, teamwork, collaboration, digital technology, leadership, professionalism, work ethics, career management. All these skills are efficiently relevant to the working environment, and as a graduate, I focus on all of them, putting in mind they are the pillars of success at the workplace. In addition, I put into consideration the occupational standard that relies on these skills for effective service delivery.

These Occupational Standards (OS) are basic statements and requirements that use the knowledge that has been acquired in the university to enhance chances of being employed in the working environment. The standards also use the skills and learning experiences, and behaviour required for contraction in a particular job or task (Lloyd, Moawad, and Kadry 2017). All the graduate and occupational skills make me viable in the employment world as the competencies I possess are crucial for any position I qualify for. Considering the competency, they are set of specific skills or abilities and capabilities needed to do a specific job such as administrative assistant. These competencies, such as competence in leadership, make it crucial for me to ensure that I take full responsibility and ensure that all tasks are entirely done and achieved.

Similarly, my management qualification uses the communication competencies to execute duties as required effectively. Communication competencies make it possible for all the tasks are given to be fully comprehended, and any role not conceptualize is inquired appropriately (Lloyd, Moawad, and Kadry 2017). Through this competency makes it possible for me to collaborate well with colleagues at the workplace. Other graduate skill and competence that I hold is project management and self-knowledge. I focus on the Career development theory, which narrows down on collecting all the study paths and comparing career paths. I believe that acquiring more professional documents is critical, and with that, I have a bachelor's hon in management, which tops up in what I have in the management industry. I must ensure that I have continuous exploration and development of career-related adjustments in the future development trajectory.

Success is celebrated, and behaviour is portrayed by all means to be positive so long as it is work-related. It aims to make me fit for the constantly developing career and professional scene. I have efficient certification in computer technology and this. Still, with the constantly new updates in technological advancements, I have updated my computer proficiency to ensure that I cope with the existing trends. This promising trajectory makes me stable to handle and offer professional services at all positions that require my services. As a person, I could be a competent and good fit for a specific career and provide crucial information needed on how to attain and gain a particular promising trajectory.

Applying all the five theories in the career development of Work-Adjustment skills and competencies, vocational or training personalities in the job Environment, Self-conceptualization, and the cognitive career progression makes it possible for me to have a good work relationship that embraces the required skills. In addition, the in-service training is critical to check on the delivery of the services that make me solely outstanding regarding the effectiveness of work delivery.

I have followed all the career development stages in career professional development. This includes the critical five main Stages of exploring the impact and level of the profession and establishing a plan that ensures career progression is achieved. Similarly, the mid-career and late-career make me have the competencies and skills for work delivery. However, the skills just as well are related to the prevailing needs and future needs. Therefore, the future needs are comprehensive and contemporary, therefore, demands for frequent refresher courses that make it up to date with the future.

Under the career development, I have personal improvements such as certification in project management, library services, and lifesaving skills in children, enabling me to have all the external competencies that make me outstanding among many. Moreover, these added skills and qualifications direct me to understand what happens in all other departments within my disposition.

I have achieved career progression goals and future learning needs that include complete professional certificates, learning how other departments function, enquiring for feedback in workplaces. I also improve the performance metrics that I currently have. I have been able to apply for a promotion. I have also enhanced my networking skills. Similarly, in an occupation at different wages the effectiveness of work delivery is always considered ineffective as the workers seem not to motivated. As a manager in that regard must consider harmonizing the wages to make sure that the moral of the workers. In the management sector various positions are currently availed and very competitive to the global world.
