I am highly motivated to study the Doctor of Philosophy in Management at Virginia Tech University to enhance my professional and academic accomplishments and develop further professional and personal development. Ph.D. Management would allow me to focus my quantitative and conceptual skills towards understanding organizational and business challenges and open up new research avenues. My motivation for pursuing this Ph.D. program stems from a deep and abiding desire to learn. I hope to use my new research methodologies skills to publish influential papers in my field. As a result, I regard Doctorate as a long-term personal goal. It will assist me in critically evaluating and improving my professional knowledge and contributing to my general personal development.

Virginia Tech University’s Ph.D. program in Business Administration with a major in Management is dedicated to training the next generation of research faculty at premier academic institutions. Therefore, it requires qualified learners. I am confident that I am professionally and academically qualified to study graduate course in Management at your institution. I received a Distinction in my MSc Management and International Business from Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom. Similarly, I earned an MBA (Human resource management (HRM) from the University of Dhaka, making me the most qualified candidate to pursue a Ph.D. in Management. My Master's degree provided me with considerable research skills that I believe will be valuable in my current study path. In addition, I earned a BBA (Management Studies) from the University of Dhaka, which makes me confident that I am academically qualified to study at your graduate school. Professionally, I am currently working at the European University of Bangladesh as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics from my professional background. This position has given me significant experience in Management and economics. Similarly, I worked at the European University of Bangladesh as an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration. Among other qualifications, I have worked at the University of Asia Pacific as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. All this experience in the business management sector and teaching makes me confident that I am qualified to study at your institution.

The Ph.D. in Management would allow me to use my quantitative and conceptual skills to analyze business difficulties and open up new research opportunities. The course will assist me in improving my capacity to develop and explain an original notion and my writing and analytical skills. Furthermore, by applying complex real-world issues to current business and management problems, the learning would boost my professional and executive practice. My short-term career goal is to fully utilize the doctoral program to hone my research skills while getting professional experience in Management consulting.

My Potential Ph.D. The topic is "Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Entrepreneurial Decision Making: A Comparative Analysis on USA and Bangladesh. “ Artificial intelligence has great potential in enhancing human intelligence and significantly alter how we create products, access the products, gather data, and connect. This study's major purpose is to evaluate and contrast how technology influences entrepreneurial marketing decisions in the United States and Bangladesh. This topic is intended to highlight the positive and significant links that exist between the identification, development, and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, as well as entrepreneurial marketing decisions. Educators, researchers, and practitioners will benefit from the findings.

I am skilled at planning and would like to contribute to departmental operations. Similarly, I adore giving presentations and, in particular, developing outstanding handouts, so I believe I would be instrumental in group settings. As a member of the management profession, I will assist students in gaining self-awareness. I enjoy teaching students about the meaning and purpose of life and happiness, mindfulness, and living art. I have noticed from personal experience that no one teaches us this, and we end up suffering unnecessarily because we do not know how to think about life, work, and family.
