Are there any attributes and competencies you consider crucial to succeed when dealing with diversity in the corporate world? Are those different to the ones you would use in your personal life?

Who I am today was molded by my friends, family, religion, and traditions. Today, I am a person who makes mistakes, laughs, cries hurt, smiles, and loves, but at the end of the day, I strive to live in harmony with people, considering the happiness of everyone. I don't particularly appreciate seeing people make others suffer and always become uncomfortable when I hear or see people getting mistreated or discriminated against.

I believe that diversity as a subject is very powerful and emotional for everyone who deals with it, either directly or indirectly. Dealing with different and alike, tolerance and justice, animosity is very challenging. Unfortunately, due to globalization, the world is diverse; thus, diversity challenges are inevitable. To deal with diversity, there is a need to understanding the cultural background of others and believing that all cultures are good. The first step towards appreciating cultural diversity in the contemporary world is learning about others people's cultures. Familiarizing one with other people's cultures enables individuals to develop awareness and understanding of other cultures, thus making them more meaningful and respecting diversity. Also, it is critical to celebrate differences and similarities in various cultures. Similarly, understanding different cultures enable individual to be more tolerance, open and accepting other people. I believe that the more individuals understand other people's culture, the more one appreciation our differences and paves a new world where we all stand together. This understanding is crucial in fields such as anthropology dissertation help.

Besides, while dealing with diversity, it’s critical to acknowledge each culture with similar intensity, promote clear communication, especially in institutions and treat all individuals the way you want to be treated. Acknowledging each other’s culture creates an opportunity to broaden our perspective and make connections between ourselves and others that can allow us to be stronger and united. Also, there is a need to acknowledge each other values, believes, worldviews, including attitudes, ideologies, and assumptions. However, not everyone is willing to acknowledge diversity, thus the need to create clear communication and communication channels to promote diversity. With clear communication, each one would learn about other cultures dispel negative stereotypes and personal biases, treating everyone the way we would like to be treated.

Also, to create diversity, it is critical to promote cultural acceptance and tolerance, be an empathetic leader and focus on self-awareness and others. The first step to archiving diversity tolerance is being a good communicator and promoting communication skills among subordinates and colleagues. Strong communication skills are critical in promoting connectivity with diverse people and developing a tolerance for other people's cultures. Also, strong communication promotes acceptance. To promote acceptance of diversity, it is critical to be an empathetic leader. Being a great leader enable individual to monitor diverse employees, promote mentorship programs and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to advance and tolerate each other’s culture.

Lastly, I believe that developing an inclusive attitude, observing cultural differences, and integrating them are crucial steps to inclusivity. These steps are crucial to promoting tolerance to other cultures and reaping the great benefit of diversity like increased creativity, productivity, reduced fear, and improved performance. All these steps are similar to those I would use in my personal life.

Management has always been my passion for some years now. I have always been determined to enter the management sector and contribute to this area's growth and development. Moreover, I have always wanted to make a significant impact on the management industry. I am motivated by inspirational role models who have contributed significantly to this sector, like Alan sugar, Mary Barra, and Jeff Bezos. More importantly, I have also realized the more growing global organizational concepts that need to be more effective and efficient. Therefore, studying for an MSc in Management would enhance my knowledge and help me achieve my dreams. Nevertheless, management has always been my fascination and desire. I desire to develop flexible and advanced management skills, greatly improve people management and leadership skills, network and create partnerships. Also, from pursuing a management course from your institution, I will develop effective skills to keep organization’s finances healthy and, more importantly, to maintain a firm positive image. Besides, the hiring process has been a critical aspect of company success; thus, I will be equipped with excellent skills to hire top talent, improve workers retention, and develop effective culture and diversity.

A great leader is an individual who possesses a clear vision and helps people reach their goals. To influence people, leaders must communicate their vision effectively to their followers. Therefore great leaders are great communicators who can concisely and clearly explain problems and solutions to their team ambers. Similarly, great leaders know when to listen and when to talk hence influencing their followers. Additionally, great leaders are accountable and responsible for what they do. Leaders should hold themselves responsible and accountable for any errors and mistakes. Looking at my personality, I am self-motivated, hardworking, positive and enthusiastic individual who strives to achieve the best. Besides, I have good IT skills, which I have acquired through exposure to different technologies scenarios and personal interests. Therefore, I believe that ESADE's MSc Programs in Management is good for me since I am the most qualified candidate for this program and equipped with knowledge and skills to change the world of management.

Moreover, I have gained extensive from my previous job position and especially from my summer placement. From my summer school experience, I have gained a different perspective on my corporate world's career goals. Besides, I gained the most enriching learning experience, which has expanded my academic horizons and helped me grow as an individual. More importantly, I got the opportunity to make friends from all over the globe and acknowledge diversity which is a great aspect of modern life. Therefore, from my fascination with your master's program, I am equipped with skills required for careers in management and business and expand an individual's professional network while creating new opportunities.
