Pursuing Career Growth: The MBA Pathway

In order to progress in my career with secure future career growth, I have chosen MBA, which is an important path in this competitive field of getting job. The multinational corporations across the globe prefer to have MBA degree as an essential qualification for applying in the management position.

As per my academic background, I have completed management at University o Brighton, which is an effective course for me to develop my managerial skill and knowledge for getting a good job position in future. The university provides me important resources and skills that are required for employment in a wide range of business. This will be helpful for me to ensure personal and professional development with managerial skill set and in-depth knowledge for working in the renowned organisations with individual roles and responsibility. It would be beneficial for me to get good job position in diverse field of business where I have tried my best to improve my skill set and gather vast range of knowledge to work as a managerial position in the organisation. I am confident and passionate about my job and would like to get the best opportunity for working as a manager and participate in the organisational decision making practices.

I am self-motivating person and always interested in gathering diverse range of experiences and knowledge for better performance. I also try to improve my communication skill and cooperative practices to work as a team and help others to develop partnership working practice in the workplace. The management course provides me a scope to improve my comprehensive skill set to support the co-workers and participate in different roles in the organisation, so that I can contribute in achieving the organisational aim. I completed AAT courses and now, I would like to take admission for higher studies fir securing my future career. I believe that, this course work will be helpful for me to meet my career objectives and it would be considered as an excellent step towards achieving my personal and professional career goal.

I have a high degree of integrity and a desire to keep up to date with new ideas. Additionally, my genuine interest in people from all walks of life will be helpful for me to improve emotional intelligence and this provides me a scope to work with others and improve understanding. I have worked as a professional accountant in Sudan for more than five years in different organisations, where my responsibilities include processing payment to the clients, customers and suppliers and performing financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis, balancing accounts and company’s financial operations.

Also, I have worked as a retail assistant (ASDA) for many years, and have gained extensive experience of offering advice to the customers related to the internal processing, payments and returns, dealing with the client complaints and monitoring sales display areas. In addition to these, I am also proficient in meeting the sales targets, stock management and assisting with the retail product selection.

I did volunteering work for Sudanese Red Crescent since High school, and have completed my university studies in Sudan. I received several trainings in humanitarian work such as First Aid, home nursing, Aids, periodic vaccination of children against childhood diseases.

I was a basketball player and have played since I am a teenager; I played for my secondary school, also played for second degree club in Khartoum, Sudan. Thus, basketball and swimming are the sports which I am particularly interested and find them extremely relaxing and entertaining to watch. I enjoy eating out with family and friends. I also enjoy reading Accounting books with key interest in stock market and shares. I love to travel around the world; exploring and meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have endeared myself to listening to news with very keen interest in politics and like writing short stories in my spare time.
