She has faced several issues in time management where the assessment must be submitted on Wednesday. It is really difficult for her to manage time and organise the working activities so that she would be able to submit the assignment within the deadline. The self-reflective assessment is hereby effective to identify the important employability skill as well as utilise Gibb’s reflective model for sharing own experience of Dona. It will also provide a scope to recommend suitable solution for personal and professional skill development so that Dona would be efficient in near future to achieve success in her life. Donna is studying Certificate in Higher Education skills for the Workplace course in UWTSD, and she started to work on the assignment Friday evening, where the deadline of submitting the task is on Wednesday. She started the assignment by reading the information and felt that she requires some class notes and information to perform better in the tasks. She started to read the textbooks on Monday and it naturally becomes hard for her to understand the context of the study to complete the assignment. Saturday was a busy schedule for her, as she went to meet her friends at 11.00 to do some practice of softball. I also fail to manage time for studying the class notes and collecting suitable information to develop the assignment and this further leads me towards lower marks and poor quality of assignment. I feel regret that I fail to develop my employability skills of time management, critical thinking and communication skill.
The good experience is that somehow manage the assignment and complete it within the allocated time, but the quality standard of the assignment is not good which hamper the academic performance. My major weakness during the coursework is that lack of communication and cooperation skill set as well as poor time management skill and lack of critical analytical skill. For these weaknesses, I fail to improve my knowledge and ability to perform better in the assignment and complete the study within the deadline.

Due to lack of time management skill as well as inability to plan and organise the working activities, I fail to complete the assignment with high educational standard which deteriorate the quality, though I somehow manage to submit this within Wednesday.
I would like to develop my critical thinking skill so that it would be possible for me to gather information, arrange the class notes and critically analyse the information for improving my knowledge and expertise to perform better and complete the assignment by maintaining its quality. It would be beneficial for me to prioritise the work during the urgency, and avoid any going out, wasting time or gossiping so that I can concentrate on studying and complete the assignment within deadlines.
