Developing Teamwork for Research

Introduction

The research is related to evaluating the clothing market across the globe and trend including high street, luxury, sports, niche market and the fashion trend among the consumers internationally. I play a crucial role in developing the presentation by participating efficiently with my capabilities to conduct in depth research on the company. I aim at developing team work during the study, so that all the members in the group can contribute positively and cooperate with each other. I also focus to share the experience and knowledge to develop the presentation efficiently by including all the important information related to the brand. The global advertising campaign through social media is increasing at a rapid rate and it influences positively to the brand G-Start, which is famous brand to deliver high quality clothing products and services to the customers (G-Star, 2020).

Skill and ways to develop team work

I try to utilise my problem solving and creativity skill to develop the presentation, where I try to identify the market trend, problems in fashion industry to develop proper solution creatively. For researching purpose, I also try to cooperate with others for gathering information and authentic data about the organisation G-Star and the clothing market so that it would be possible to develop global campaign for promoting the brand. In this regard, I try to utilise my researching skill and gather a huge numbers of sources such as literatures, primary data from the website of the company and annual report, which are effective for me to improve my knowledge and understanding about the company and develop appropriate presentation. After conducting the research collaboratively, it is necessary to share each other’s experience and perception about the brand and the global clothing market so that creative solutions can be built further for global campaign (Britton et al., 2017).

In the team, my responsibility is to develop appropriate content and presentation slide with proper information about the brand (Foster et al., 2019). In this regard, I try to utilise my analytical skill to evaluate the brand performance and the activities of the company to represent the gathered information efficiently. I also try to contribute positively by managing emotional intelligence and inter personal skill, where I try to understand other’s perception and aim to cooperate with other team members to create a string group, where every individual can participate with their capabilities and contribute positively to develop a successful presentation. During the presentation, I face the issue of interacting with other group members and it further raise the issue of non-cooperation, where the members are not expressive and they fail to share their perception and knowledge with each other.

Conclusion

Team collaboration in this regard is necessary to complete the group presentation successfully and in this regard lack of communication is the major issue that I have faced during the work. I try to mitigate the issue poor communication by interacting with others, being talkative, one to one conversation, managing positive attitude at work and building strong relationship with trust and respect so that I can improve communication and it would be possible for me to develop a suitable team to complete the group presentation successfully.
