I am a professional marketing student and currently, I am working with multiple promotional campaigns online. I had an aim of becoming the digital brand executive creative direction and content marketing is my strength area. My ambition has always rotated around the development of marketing regarding social issues and voluntary participation in them. The logo gives an idea of the business I am in. It is majorly working within the development of personal branding and creating sustainability of marketing. An all-rounder performer has numerous strengths and voluntarily participates in social work. All marketing campaigns that have been participated by her are for a good cause and she believes in delivering a positive contribution of work to society. As an individual, the demonstration of the work is done using social media campaigns. A mature outlook is observed for the satisfactory outcomes of this person related within. Currently, she is studying at the University of ABC in the marketing domain. Creative and persuasive ideas are worked out for the satisfaction of herself. For over 10 years, she has been associated with voluntary work and she has accumulated over 120 hours of training on handling HIV patients. Studying at a business level has helped XYZ to show further interest in the business world. Her growth has been fast-paced and the vitality of performance building is identified to be essential. With the use of Honey and Mumford tests the personality building has been addressed (Honey and Mumford, 1982). There is a location of the event described which includes designing promotional campaigns in PowerPoint and she has taken a complete course on this aspect. XYZ likes to spend the majority of the time reading interviews and works of marketing professionals.

To ensure analytical knowledge she has undergone GCSE business in 2018. A level of business and core mathematics have been improved over the last few years and logical build-up of knowledge components are observed. A part-time business on logo designing and promoting various brands has been mastered by her. XYZ has largely contributed to her desire of working in the marketing industry. An interpretation of knowledge improvement has occurred from last year where the holding of experience is observed. The vitality of having great support throughout the career choices can be effectively discussed in case XYZ. Understanding the concepts of business management and supply chain helps in the determination of marketing standards. The key strength of this XYZ is associated with effective communication. For a young person like her, developing the skills and pursuing satisfactory work on marketing has been essential. The capacity to satisfy a person through social work has been identified as essential. For over years, this person has been interested in the development of art and craftwork and this has helped to create some effective posters on the aspects of effective management. Fast speed of working and clarity of business essentials have been impacted while the marketing team is growing and becoming successful. Marketing tactics like profit and loss along with being capable of presenting data and brainstorming. Competency as an individual on the representation of data is observed for the improvement of analytical knowledge and improving interpersonal communication skills are vital. Business-driven solutions for enterprise management and quality improvement training are done by her. She has mastered the art of communication and is a trained professional of project management tools like Gantt chart, Trello. She is even an expert in handling PowerPoint presentations as well. An analytical knowledge helps them in creating creative expression and interpersonal communication skills help her to make a good understanding of business profiles that require management. XYZ is having a part-time job to help this person to gather money for herself and also to spend that on social work. The location of the event is promoted via this Facebook page of the person and the marketing industry is expected to become benefitted. Positive reasons are given for the management of the marketing industry by setting up an understanding of work. To meet the goals and strategies of the project, a person has to be ensured of local community management and catering to the support of local people.

Task 2-Reflection upon professional practices

Overview

The “Break the chain” project is identified to be a community campaign to ensure that there is no fuss created around HIV disease. They came up with hashtags of “StopHIV”. The HIV disease is not transmitted through sharing food or hugging or shaking hands. This is a sexually transmitted disease and it is expected to benefit a large community of people. The HIV disease is growing largely in the UK and in 2019, there were 105 200 people identified to be living with HIV disease. It has now become essential to stop the spread of the disease. An important stage was to outline the activities and as an individual XYZ needs to work with business-driven solutions for the enterprise. A desire to work in marketing along with the creation of social activities has been observed for this person. XYZ was asked to create a PowerPoint presentation that enables innovative marketing services and gets a tremendous advantage in the marketing industry. Understanding the concept of online surveys throughout the course study has helped the students to gain benefit in their marketing work (Vice, 2019).

Facebook Stories Marketing Campaign for stopping HIV Association with BHIVA

The picture demonstrates the kind of work that is going to be done in this project and meeting those goals. The campaigns have their Facebook pages for marking their presence online and involving the local community. People are required to be given appropriate messages and information on how the spread can be stopped and how it can be treated. The BHIVA group has maximum awareness enabled to stop the spread and achieve success over this disease. A connection with this group improves the student's values and helps in the improvement of the marketing standards. There are freebies provided like T-shirts that are going to promote the name of this campaign. There are writing pads provided with a tag of being safe from HIV. Avoiding HIV people is not the solution and people need to understand how to stop the chain of spread. The group is actively handling cases of HIV and providing care to them. Charity money is raised for the treatment and rehabilitation of HIV patients. Social media platforms are designed to reach millions of people at a time and the campaign can also get support by giving a stall at the market.

Regular meetings were attended to ensure that the campaign is successfully managed. The correct disposal and sanitization of medical equipment are important in stopping the spread of HIV. The innovative talk from the creator of the group online surveys was created that gave the team a complete idea of the awareness on the topic that people possess. Most of the common man does not even have the correct idea of how this particular disease is spread or originated. Unprotected sexual intercourse with multiple people at times is the main cause of the disease which becomes a major reason for being avoided by society people. XYZ takes an initiative to promote awareness against any misleading data and provide rehabilitation for them through charity. The surveys help gather data on people's knowledge. Now through personal blogs and regular posting social sites, the event timing is declared and necessary information is shared. For this project to become successful a good amount of investments and team, coordination was required. The coordination of team members is associated with the project's success. While XYZ is playing the role of a core group member and content developer, the majority of responsibility is assigned to her.

Keeping updated on the social media platform is something, which is associated with keeping up the good work. Satisfying the client with good work is essential to organize the marketing skills and develop competency in the rate race of success. Information updating on Facebook and Twitter gives the campaign an additional strength. Designing attractive logos and campaigning on the development of people is important. A range of people from different ages, backgrounds, and circumstances are associated with this project.

The group of "Break the chain" had received both people that are capable of marketing efficacy and successfully managing the campaign. After traveling for an hour to the spot XYZ was enabled to manage actions. The energy level is identified to be highest and this campaign was extremely beneficial and an eye-opener in terms of the damage caused to human beings. The demonstration is associated with issue management in the campaign. There were marketing components designed for effective management of local campaigns on the stoppage of HIV. The challenge is to ensure engagement and interaction between people that have no idea on how the spread of HIV takes place. More timing is observed on materialistic components delivery and ensuring a clear understanding between the primary and secondary role players of this campaign. XYZ is identified as an implementer who is hardworking and makes ideas turn into working plans. Reflection on experience

A focus is given on feasibility and identifying the team's objective by the student in concern. Communicating with local communities creates a safe zone of work and they are more likely to take part in the process making the marketing of programs easier. While we are working in teams and different events are scheduled at different times it becomes a tough job to meet the criteria of teamwork. The campaigning has to be processed within a beneficial statement. Some people like to spread rubbish regarding any disease and in this case, also such comments were passed. However, the truth can never be hidden. All that is needed is engaged in keeping up the clarity of work which includes, local camping as well as promoting the event online (Bourner et al 2011). This event of HIV is something that would require detailed information to be shared on how the disease occurs along with the steps of avoiding such diseases. There is important information shared on how the campaign will take place via email and printed pamphlets.

My take on this campaign was carried out using the Belbin self-perception test and includes an implementation of roles that a person plays. In my case, I found out myself to be on the implementer side who tries to generate new ideas and plots them into working. This benefitted me a lot as I understood the reactions of my client group and understood my roles and responsibilities. My ability to benefit the group and provide the best quality service has been appreciated by many team members. A focus on objectives and understanding the roles at the primary and secondary levels is potentially impacting my quality of service. In such campaigns, team coordination and becoming a team player are important. Taking the Honey and Mumford test is also essential as it observed the activities as a team player. Members in the group were identified to be playing the role of the reflector which is equally important. Both of us were keen on getting done with assigned tasks at the designated time.

In terms of personal learning, I gained more on how to become noticeable within a team. I find this interesting as there is no looking back once a person starts a career within the marketing domain. I am possibly not able to cope up with the pragmatic approach and my individual choice of marketing pathways becomes important concerning digital advertising. My creative skills have been identified as a part of blogging and promoting the client's campaign. The reflection part has helped me in distinguishing what went wrong and what is done correctly for the client that I am working with. My future of work functionalities requires essential discussion on the consecutive alignment of theories. I find it vital to work as an individual within a team. Social development is associated with digital beauty experience and determining creative skills. My differentiating skills have been praised by the marketing departmental head in London as well.

Though there are a variety of jobs available in the marketing industry that include different activities, I found it preferable to work within the marketing industry. Attributes and specialism of lifestyle choices engage in social components and there are business goals achieved using digital proficiency. A marketing career includes becoming a marketing manager or even a marketing content developer. The post of marketing executive in different companies comes with a great salary package and pay. Becoming a product development manager at Google is also easier. All these profiles match with me and I have also talked about racism in my blog post. I try to include the sustainable competency match within suitable job roles and extract the most out of them.

The incorporation of social concerns like racism helps in gaining maximum views. The linking of marketing components is absolute as many people are existing with similar levels of competency. The significant capability of being an implementer helps me find suitable jobs and assess the work of individuals. The database uses, negotiation skills are more likely to be indulged in the assessment work of social components. The skills of using social media as a crucial aspect of marketing and promoting have become extensive and imagination and creativity are important to gain success. Throughout years of university work and managing professional academic attributes the recognition of areas that need improvement is done. The active working within groups and undertaking strategies to influence others have been essential in improving employability skills. There are senior marketing influencer roles observed which I might engage in for improving service experience in online and offline marketing channels. Marketing materials release cases like web content, brochures, and press releases have been observed by the professional role undertaking.

Using different ideas and concepts have been found out for the effective ideas to work at present. Greater risks are observed in achieving the goals. Getting into this learning style helps in seeing positive results and identifying the impact on surroundings. Being good at things and identification of risks that help in achieving my goals is associated with this test. I can see how the positive results are coming into the picture along with providing value to myself. My student self is leaving an impact on my surroundings and I am being valued for seeing positive results.
