Therefore being trustworthy is very much important and also there is a technique of being trustworthy to each other and that technique is to get comfortable with each and every individual who are the part of the team. As this platform is a very serious platform in which people are working, it is way much important that each and every single individual should build a good bond or a good relation between them. Therefore they are then able to understand each other and also understand the way their team is going to function or is functioning (Doody et al. 2019). Also each and every individual those who are present in the team or those who are a part of the team should always give their own feedback and not only feedback each and everyone should put their point of view, suggestions and also should question when required and another very important thing in teamwork is that each and every individual should be an active listener especially when they are into an operation. When sometimes all the health care professional from many places and from other health care organisation come together and collaborate to discuss about how to care a particular patient with a particular disease at point time the workload for the nurses automatically increases so just to avoid the workload and more importantly just to reduce stress the workload is being divided equally into many teams so that nobody is in much stress and can work peacefully and can complete the given work in me (Harvey and Uren, 2019). Also in the recent days the educational institution are also focusing as well as emphasizing the importance of teamwork the institution are teaching the students how to work as a team as now teamwork has become much important and also communication is taught as well to the students so that the early level or the foundation level can be built stronger so that the outcomes of the healthcare is successful. There was an article which was published by the Regis college and that article said that there must be a mutual respect present in a healthcare setting and it is a very crucial thing or a crucial part and the setting is not about the particular team the setting is for all the collaborative departments that are present also some time this may happen that some of the team members are feeling that they are not getting the respect that the other people in the group or team are getting at that point of time the team member may become defensive, foster hidden agenda, also can demonstrate a lack of engagement, and even worse so it is important to check each and every time by the leader of the team that each and every one present in the team is not feeling that he or she is not getting the respect from other members present in the team, and now to build a mutual respect the team leader should make each and every individual present that how he or she can respect the other members of the team the team leader must state that common respect comes through a common and a focused goal which should be same for each and everyone and not only this the team leader must clear this that each and everyone should understand that the work that is done by the other members of the work is equally valuable as the work they are doing and should always value and acknowledge the efforts of the other team members and thus by doing this no single person present in the group can feel that he or she is not being respected or is not being valued (Trajano et al. , 2017). In all of these the patient must be a part of this conversation or communication process as well it is being seen that due to the early involvement and it is also seen that as the involvement was throughout it has came up to show to minimize errors and potential adverse events, and this was said according to an article which was published by the National Library of Medicine. In a teamwork nobody should be selfish and inly thing about themselves a team work is a place where each and every person is working together and the main aim is to accomplish the goal which is common for each and every single individual who is present or is a part of the team each and every one should work selflessly and the common goal should be taking care of the patient and to have the satisfaction if their own job (Michelan and Spiri, 2019). With teamwork the healthcare professional can enhance the safety of the patient as well as there is an improvement in the clinical performance as well as when each and everybody will work as a team there will be no rush as the work will be divided accordingly and will be done as per plan with an ease. Also each member of the team must have an empathy for each other and should always be clear verbally.

According to the information stated above it is important to have a teamwork in nursing as when a team works for a particular project at that point of time the each and every individual who are present are in stress and in team work when the work is divided into each individual equally at point of time the workload decrease as well as with the workload the stress also goes away and by this each and every individual can work with an ease and when they are working with an ease the work runs smoothly without any disturbance thus teamwork is the best way to work and by teamwork easily the aim can be accomplished (Appel et al. 2021). To work in a team few rules are there and which are good that each and everybody should respect each other and should work selflessly as the aim of each and every members present in the group are the same and that is to take care of patients.
