According to Alasuutari and Qadir (2016), in behavioural and social science, the social world is described as a micro-social concept that includes elements like groups, neighbourhood, community, reference group, sub-culture and culture group. Most of the sociologist has suggested that linguistic substitute of the social world is the domain or relevant community with the shared decision, outlooks and values. Recent researchers have stated that in the social world there is some important medium through which the elements of society make proper connection among them. These media are television, radio, social media and newspaper. When it comes to discussing the social world, it is important to discuss relevant theories that have been developed at different times to describe the actual incept of the social world. Classical Social Theory is developed from the European Social Thought which highlights the origin and principles of the social world. According to Bera et al. (2018), today's social world is developed by the transformation of the traditional world into the modern world. Modernity has developed through bringing about new changes in society and accepting new challenges. The classical theory represents the perfect relation between the formation of the social world and different changes in society such as technological development, social development and environmental development. Based on this concept, today’s social world has resulted from the development in technological, economic, social and legal factors which have to pose a positive impact on the overall thoughts and decision of society people. Social theory is criticised by a modern sociologist who focuses mainly on the transformation of social thoughts, culture and value in defining the social world. Based on this critic, classical theory although had represented the technological and social development as an important element for forming today's social world, it is unable to highlight the overall process of social evaluation through which people changes their behaviour, thoughts and opinions in forming the modern world. On the contrary Alasuutari and Qadir (2016) argued that, instead of using classical theory, Post-Modern Classical Theory is more applicable in describing the overall social world. This theory focuses more on the media-dominated society which is associated with maintaining a strong connection among people from different corner of the world. Based on this theoretical concept, development of better communication assist people to develop their knowledge, understanding and values. Through the launching of newspapers, people from different parts of the world can get up-to-date news about happenings around the world. Through using newspapers, socialist can also raise their voice against different social violence, political aspects and policies. This theory highlights the importance of communication among people in society in elevating culture, social concept and decision-making power. As stated by Best (2017), the more, society people will be connected with the rest of the world, the more they can develop awareness about the current concept, happenings and people behaviour around the world. Recent sociologist suggests that both the Classical and Post-Modern theory together highlights the common facts that I transformation of traditional society into the modern world. However, the process and element that makes this transformation are different in the two theories. On the contrary Bukowski et al. (2016) argued that Classical and Post-Modern theory are completely different from each other as the former focuses mainly on the social, technological and economic changes in the society and the later focuses especially on the media dominating society.

As stated by Burchell (2017), the social world poses important impacts on lives, behaviours and thoughts of people. Social connectedness among society has potential impacts of the characters, habits and opinion of the people indifferent society. For example, in the UK, people residing in the rich society are accustomed to high-status lifestyles, which pose an important impact on their feeding habits, characters and preference. Similarly, people residing in the middle and lower-middle-class society in the UK have adapted their feeding habits preference and lifestyles with their economic status. In this context Chambliss and Schutt (2018), stated that media plays important roles in connecting society which not only improves their connectedness but also improves their knowledge and standard of livings. For example, people residing in the rural society are now connected to the rest of the world which influence them for better education, healthcare and legal facilities. Poor society is now get connected to several educationists, healthcare staffs and government officials through social media, which improves their living standard. Through maintaining a strong connection with the different healthcare staffs and legal advisors through newspapers and the internet, poor people can get information about free healthcare facilities and beneficial governmental policies. The social world is associated with the behaviour, culture, activities and perception of the society people. According to Ellis (2017), the social world has now got the modernity with having modern thoughts, technological innovation and social revolution. Today’s society is full of creative people, who focus on developing such a world which would be enriched with economic, social and technological resources on the contrary Gendzier (2019) argued that sometimes the wrong political decision and social violence, damage the creative thoughts if social world, which not only breaks the strong relation among different society but also enhances the chances of conflict and competitiveness in among the society.

According to Hasan (2016), when it comes to understanding the social world and its impact on people's lives, it is necessary to analyse the perception, behaviour and activities of society people. Based on the Marxism Theory, the social world is highly influenced by the political economy, that affect the overall living standard, buying behaviour, education and opinion of society people. On the contrary Hendry (2017) argued that Marxist focuses only on the political and economic position of society to analyse the effect of the social world on people live, rather they need to focus on the fat hat whether the society can maintain perfect balance among different aspects such as technological, social, legal and cultural aspects. Some sociologist uses Critical Theory in discussing the social world and its impact on people. In Critical Theory, scientific approach has been highlighted as the important factor that impact on the element of social world, such as social perception, socio-economic, socio-cultural aspects and society status, through understand the important impact on the scientific approach it is possible to determine whether innovation and technological advancement pose important impact on elevating social standard. On the contrary Kim and Cappella (2016) argued that scientific approach is only associated with changing social thoughts and perception but not elevating social standard, rather sociologist needs to consider the important medium such as social media, radio and newspaper into account to understand the how social world has been changed from the traditional format. In addition to the scientific approaches, political approaches need to be considered while dealing with both elements of the social world. Government policies and principles pose an important impact on the activities, behaviour and opinion of society people. For example, the UK government has developed several important policies such as labour policies, environmental policies, economic policies and healthcare policies, that impact on the people's lives and activities. On the contrary Komives (2016) argued that only considering governmental policies is not enough in understating social world, rather it is important to integrate the social policies with changing the social culture for evaluating the changes that modern society has faced.

From the above-mentioned discussion, it can be stated that the social world is associated with the different social groups, neighbours, domain, their behaviour and activities. Modern society needs proper connectedness among society people in terms of developing their awareness about the social happenings and current news. Through evaluating the relationship between cultural, social and financial changes in the society, it is possible for identifying the impact that social world poses on its people.

On the other hand, secondary data can be collected from vast sources which would provide huge information about the social world, and its impact on its people. In term of conducting the secondary data analysis, researchers have faced some limitation includes time limitations and budget limitation. It was difficult for the researcher to complete the research within a short period, as the topic needs vast as well as in-depth information regarding the social world, which is time-consuming. On the other hand, most of the government reports and article are paid which cannot be accessed due to the limited budget.

Analysis of media (newspaper) in the social world:

Media is a communication channel that assists society people to get the latest information about the happenings of the world. As stated by Mathur and Reichling (2016), the newspaper is one of the most important media for today’s modern world which not only provide the up-to-date information to people but also improve their knowledge as well as perception regarding the social topic. Nowadays, technology assists people to introduce the internet into the communication channel in terms of making communication faster than the traditional way of communication. E-paper is a highly reliable and convenient source of information for the society people, which enhance the level of awareness about different situations of the world. Online and offline newspapers are the important media for a large number of people in the social world through which they maintain the strong connectedness instead of being situated in a different part of the society. On the contrary Mertz et al. (2016) argued that there is some other communication channel such as television, social media and radio, which need to be considered while discussing the social world. In comparison to the other communication network, the newspaper is an easily available and affordable medium for maintaining connection among society people. As stated by Nehaniv (2019), in case of the older people the only reliable source of maintaining the connection with the rest of the world is newspaper. In case young generation, e-papers, news latter and information blogs are the source of information that they get on their mobile. Although social media is important for today’s modern world to communicate with people from different part of the world, it sometimes makes people confused with millions of news. In this aspect, it can be stated that newspaper is associated in assisting people in getting connected to million of communities residing in the rest of the world to conveying their thoughts and decisions. Through connecting to different venture business, an entrepreneur uses new paper in developing their small business, in which they collect financial resources from these ventures. Through publishing new business criterial entrepreneur, can attract investors in local as well as national market to improve their economic condition.
